In my team we're starting to work on two concepts: RISK AND TRUST. Players have to take risks and try to do things on the track learning, and doing so with the confidence that they will be okay.

risk and trust is associated with CREATIVITY. I think it is our duty to make room for the player to develop their creativity in the game, based on our individual work of art. Allow the player to play basketball and make up, to take decisions.
